Elogia, a Madrid-based tech startup, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong Growth Hacking focus to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will experiment across digital channels, analyze performance, and scale successful tactics to meet ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities include running data-driven campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, email, and content marketing; performing A/B tests; and collaborating with product and sales to align marketing with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with proven growth hacking and user acquisition.
• Extensive experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO.
• Excellent understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in the tech industry in Madrid is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
