Allianz Commercial is seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager with a strong Growth Hacking focus in Madrid. You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative, data-driven strategies and experiment with multiple digital channels to scale successful tactics.

The role involves A/B testing, performance analysis, and collaboration with product and sales teams to meet aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven Growth Hacking track record.
• Extensive experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
• Identify and implement growth hacking strategies to accelerate user acquisition and conversion rates.
