MERMEC is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator for projects in Spain. Role involves hands-on leadership, coordinating a newly formed team and subcontractors, with travel across the country and occasional night/weekend work.

You will manage customer relationships, plan execution, and support warranty/commissioning with the Italian team. The ideal candidate has a strong electronics/IT/ME background, 6+ years in similar roles, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• 6+ years in service/field roles within electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; strong communication.
• Proven leadership and team management; customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Be the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools through the team.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree view.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
