Chubb Ltd. in Madrid seeks an experienced Digital Team Leader to guide an Underwriting Operations Technician team at the AI-enabled frontier of insurance operations.

You will oversee automated and human processes, ensuring high quality, compliance, and client service while expanding the use of AI with HITL judgment. You will drive performance reviews, manage escalation paths, monitor model governance, and coordinate with underwriters and partners to maintain STP throughput and accurate portfolio

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Underwriting Operations Technicians (Online and Submissions).
• Manage work allocation across automated and human queues balancing STP throughput and exceptions.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching with HITL judgment for auditable decisions.
• Monitor AI decision patterns and model drift; identify gaps before affecting portfolio quality.
• Sign off on daily SOX and AI governance reports with proper audit trails.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Operations to implement automation initiatives.
• Produce management information on team performance and automation trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, brokers and internal customers.
• Test and validate AI workflow changes before production deployment.
