Job summary

This role partners with AI/ML engineering to translate observations into actionable requirements and maintain auditable decision logs. Responsibilities include daily/weekly monitoring, SLA tracking, agent behavior oversight, and building AI-ready SOPs to transition manual workflows

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI process performance daily and weekly, track accuracy and HITL metrics.
• Oversee AI agent behavior, identify degradation and quality issues.
• Lead HITL reduction initiatives and inform AI/ML engineering for improvements.
• Define requirements for AI-enabled processes and maintain AI-ready SOPs.
• Perform regular QA reviews and ensure auditability and traceability of outputs.
