JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure in Madrid to operate a 24/7 transportation dispatch and routing function. You will lead the dispatch desk, managing a team of dispatchers and analysts to optimize real-time scheduling across the Madrid network for cost, timing, and capacity from Day One.

Ideal candidates have Greenfield launch experience in a fast-paced transport control environment, with strong TMS and GPS tracking skills, and fluency in English and Spanish; flexible shifts

Formación

• Must have verified background launching transport control towers or dispatch desks in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required to manage local carriers and coordinate with HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the 24/7 transportation dispatch and routing operation in Madrid.
• Directly manage the dispatching team and routing analysts; oversee real-time scheduling.
• Coordinate carrier departures and arrivals; resolve immediate transit bottlenecks across the Madrid network.
• Establish scalable processes and escalation paths to ensure continuous operations.
