JD Logistics in Madrid leads the outbound transport and final delivery operations for bulky goods, coordinating a dedicated team of dispatchers with internal fleet and external carriers.

The role requires experience in heavy freight distribution, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to adapt to early morning dispatch waves during a country-wide logistics launch. This is a full-time on-site position at our Madrid facility.

Formación

• Experience with heavy freight, large appliances, or furniture distribution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to direct local drivers and provide reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound dispatch and route allocation for large-item distribution.
• Coordinate with internal fleet and 3PL carriers to meet delivery windows.
• Ensure outbound checks, proper documentation, and low damage rates.
• Monitor real-time routes and resolve delays to maintain SLAs.
