Majorica, a jewelry house with a rich pearl heritage, invites a Store Manager to lead a Majorica point of sale within a department store environment in Barcelona. You will drive sales, manage the team, oversee operations and ensure an exceptional client experience across premium brand standards.

You will motivate the team, coach on storytelling and service excellence, coordinate launches and campaigns, and collaborate with store partners to achieve business targets while upholding the brand

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
