Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Store Manager to lead a diverse team in a premium retail environment in Marbella. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster a culture of service excellence and brand integrity.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage targets, and oversee operations including inventory and compliance, while upholding Swarovski standards and policies. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
• Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
• Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, securing succession plans
• Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance
• Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance
• Ensure implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and standards
