Majorica is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver a premium client experience within a dynamic department store setting. You will act as a brand ambassador, blending strong commercial awareness with exemplary service and storytelling.

The role focuses on driving personal performance and store results while maintaining brand standards and client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium, jewelry, fashion or beauty retail.
• Strong commercial mindset and service orientation.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• Attention to detail and strong team spirit.
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and personalized client experience.
• Achieve individual sales objectives while contributing to overall store targets.
• Build relationships with local and international clients.
• Communicate the heritage, craftsmanship and collections of the brand with confidence and authenticity.
• Drive cross-selling and product recommendation opportunities.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards are maintained.
• Support stock management and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate proactively with both Majorica and department store teams.
• Maintain a polished and client-oriented presence on the sales floor.
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-traffic retail environment.
