Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule treatments. You will maintain a pristine front desk, upsell products, and coordinate with spa teams to maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has spa or hospitality experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Fluency in English and Spanish and legal right to work in Spain are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Spa and handle inquiries.
• Take reservations for spa treatments and upsell products.
• Coordinate with spa team to optimize treatment scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area and assist with payments.
• Prepare daily reports and handle mail correspondences as needed.
• Assist guests with facility tours and explain services offered.
