Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking servers to join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team. This role provides exceptional service and a guest-focused dining experience in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a luxury resort or hotel, a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Qualifications

• Experience in luxury resort/hotel food & beverage setting.
• Flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders for, serves food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Has knowledge of the menu and can make suggestions.
• Anticipates guest needs and ensures satisfaction.
• Takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains guest history and offers a special service touch when opportunity arises.
• Accurately posts guest checks, processes payments and adheres to control procedures.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and back-of-house areas.
• Plate, prepare food & beverage items and serve as indicated in standards.
