Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and adding personal recommendations while complying with Four Seasons policies.
• Assist the Chief Concierge to oversee the Concierge department including interviewing and training staff, handling guest luggage and packages, processing guest correspondence, and maintaining guest activity knowledge; establish vendor contacts for updated guest info.
• Support continuous development of the team to uphold the highest standards of service.
