Job summary

Grand Hyatt Barcelona seeks a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate spa operations. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to promote spa services and products. The position is full-time and located on-site at the hotel.

The successful candidate will work with Spa Therapists, Front Office, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest journey and operational excellence in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, wellness center, luxury hotel, or hospitality reception is required.
• Experience with reservation/scheduling systems preferred (Book4Time, Opera).
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to promote spa services and products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage spa check-in/check-out professionally.
• Manage spa reservations and therapist schedules in Book4Time and Opera.
• Provide information about spa treatments, facilities, and retail products.
• Promote treatments, memberships, packages, and products to maximize revenue.
• Handle payments and daily closing procedures with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists for smooth treatment flow and room allocation.
• Maintain reception area and guest facilities to high standards.
• Ensure all guest information and reservations are confidential.
