Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Barcelona to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty across in-store and online channels.

You will build client relationships, use POS and mobile tools, and participate in brand initiatives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times is required in a luxury retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
• Process transactions efficiently; manage inventory flow and replenishment.
• Foster teamwork, participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
