Coach is seeking a Sales Associate at the Las Rozas Outlet in Madrid. You will deliver personalized shopping experiences, build lasting client relationships, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You should have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to build client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, replenishment, and merchandising.
