Coach is seeking a Sales Associate at the Barcelona Coach La Roca Outlet to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury-service with omni-channel selling, building client relationships and supporting daily store operations while adhering to brand standards.

Your role requires fashion-forward knowledge, strong English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling and teamwork across the store.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador, delivering a personalized shopping experience.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and operate the POS system.
• Maintain daily store operations, merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Source new customers, build relationships, and follow up to close sales.
