Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Barcelona to be part of our luxury brand team. You will welcome clients, handle POS transactions with accuracy, maintain the sales floor, and support stock and shipments. A strong customer service focus and knowledge of fashion trends are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer use.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English (EU requirement).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, capture customer data.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
