Coach at Tapestry Inc. in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated customer service and drive sales across luxury fashion products. You will build lasting client relationships, provide expert styling advice, and execute in-store operations with precision.

You will engage in cross-selling, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs while supporting daily store functions and achieving KPI targets.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency and superb customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and build relationships.
• Maintain store operations, engage in visual merchandising, and stock management.
