Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Catalonia, Spain to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for luxury clientele. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and participate in omni‑channel selling, including social media and live demonstrations.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail or fashion experience, strong English, POS experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Formación

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
• Strong English proficiency and comfort with clienteling.
• Experience with POS systems and live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling to meet KPI targets.
• Process transactions and maintain daily store operations and visuals.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives.
