Mode Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join the Barcelona flagship for a leading international luxury brand. You will oversee day-to-day store performance, lead sales, operations, and clienteling initiatives, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role requires at least 5 years in retail management, fluency in Spanish (Catalan) and English, and a track record of developing talent and driving premium customer experiences in a luxury environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in retail management or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Fluent in Spanish (Catalan) and English.
• Degree-level education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store performance, including sales, service, operations and team development.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets, category objectives and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding commercial results.
• Develop and execute clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new customers.
• Ensure hospitality standards and luxury service deliver a memorable customer experience.
