Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Spain to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet individual and store sales goals. You will blend luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency; EU work eligibility if applicable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain a high-energy, organized floor with stockroom upkeep
• Process transactions and support inventory movement
