Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Barcelona to deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences while meeting store sales goals. You will support daily operations, build lasting client relationships, and leverage omni-channel tools to drive loyalty and revenue.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong English, and a passion for fashion trends. This role requires flexibility across nights, weekends, and peak periods in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Excellent command of English; EU requirements may apply.
• Experience with live streams, video demos, or social selling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with high standards.
• Provide personalized styling, build client relationships, and advise on products.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Operate POS, manage clienteling tools, and social selling channels.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support daily store operations.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily floor tasks.
