Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to uphold the brand’s luxury hospitality standards and lead the Food & Beverage team. You will help guide daily operations, oversee service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across the dining outlets.

You will collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to maintain product quality, drive profitability, and support ongoing staff development in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local regulations.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist all aspects of food and beverage outlets on a daily basis and coordinate special events.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the outlets.
• Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of restaurant inventory and equipment, and financial transactions.
• Install a cost-focused philosophy through training and education, operating under legal and safety standards.
