SafeStays International, part of The One Family, seeks a Landlord Acquisition Specialist in Madrid to expand a portfolio of luxury rental properties. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying landlords, presenting the value proposition, and negotiating compliant agreements with internal teams.

The specialist will build relationships with landlords, estate agents, and property managers, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and market insights across locations.

Formación

• Experience with landlord/tenant matters and lettings.
• Experience working with estate agents and property management teams.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Proven negotiation and sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills preferred.
• Organisational and time-management abilities; able to work remotely.
• Able to coordinate onboarding and compliance across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach prospective landlords.
• Present SafeStays' value proposition to landlords.
• Negotiate agreements aligned with company standards.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with property management and lettings teams for onboarding.
• Coordinate required documentation and compliance.
• Conduct market research and engage with estate agents.
