SLS Residences Infantas Madrid is seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of its first standalone residence in Spain. You will shape a bold, refined and highly personalized residential experience where service feels effortless and community thrives.

You will manage budgets, guide a high-caliber team, and build trusted relationships with homeowners while aligning with HOA governance and brand standards in Madrid.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of leadership experience within ultra-luxury standalone residences, high-end residential environments, serviced apartments, or private clubs.
• Proven ability to deliver elevated, intuitive, highly personalized service with trusted relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, resource optimization and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners, teams and stakeholders.
• Natural leader who inspires, develops and unites cross-functional teams.
• Experience with property management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid experience in luxury residential living with understanding of premium service expectations.
• Good knowledge of the local luxury Madrid market and HOA governance.
