Job summary

SafeStays International operates across multiple countries and now seeks a dedicated professional to grow and manage our Madrid property portfolio. You will source properties, build partnerships, coordinate viewings, and negotiate terms to ensure successful placements for clients.

You will collaborate with owners and partners to deliver optimal rental options and maintain up-to-date listings, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English required.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source new properties by engaging owners, landlords, agencies, and other contacts.
• Build partnerships with property owners, agencies, relocation companies, and partners.
• Manage the Madrid property portfolio with pricing, availability, and terms.
• Coordinate property viewings and ensure smooth communication among owners, partners, and clients.
• Negotiate deals and address objections to keep the process moving.
• Support deal closure by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
