Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Kitchen Intern to assist the culinary team with preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality dishes in a luxury, world-class kitchen. The role offers hands-on experience under experienced chefs and exposure to premium hospitality standards.

As an intern, you will learn food safety, daily kitchen operations, mise en place, and plating while gaining practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Culinary Education: Currently studying Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, weighing, and portioning ingredients.
• Support mise en place and plating/presentation.
• Rotate through kitchen sections to understand operations.
• Learn cooking techniques and hygiene standards under chefs.
• Label, date, store and handle food properly.
• Support receiving, organization and storage of ingredients.
