Four Seasons Mallorca is offering a Food & Beverage Service Intern position at our Formentor resort. This hands-on internship covers service across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and banquets, providing practical knowledge in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students or recent graduates seeking real-world experience. Fluency in English and Spanish, a flexible schedule, and a passion for guest service are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent guest service mindset.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Physically able to lift and balance service items.
• Legally allowed to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear dining areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Polish utensils and maintain cleanliness of service stations.
• Stock linens, china, glass and silverware for service.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Deliver foods to guests promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests and provide water, bread, and service.
• Support team across outlets and participate in training projects.
