Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Public Relations Intern to support the PR and Marketing team with media relations and brand storytelling. This seasonal, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality setting, working closely with the Director of PR and the Director of Marketing to amplify the property's visibility and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, social media captions, and internal communications.
• Support media inquiries, press visits, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor media coverage and compile PR reports with relevant metrics.
• Contribute to social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
• Assist in organizing events, media gatherings, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain the hotel’s media contact lists and update communication materials.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure messaging consistency.
• Learn and apply the Four Seasons approach to communication and service excellence.
