Rosewood Villa Magna, Madrid, seeks a seasoned hotel leader to oversee daily operations and steer the property toward exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will drive strategy, profitability, and brand standards while leading a diverse team in a luxury setting.

We seek a minimum of ten years in senior hospitality management, with a proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and safety programs.

Formación

• Strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and financial oversight.
• Experience with safety, quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure quality and service standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with brand and hotel vision.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and profitability initiatives.
• Promote safety, fire life safety and compliance across the property.
• Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty programs and revenue opportunities.
• Mentor and develop hotel leadership team and ensure succession planning.
