Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned General Manager & Area Manager for Spain to oversee a luxury hotel portfolio. You will drive performance across multiple assets, ensure exceptional guest experiences and lead senior hotel teams to deliver on revenue and profitability targets.

The role requires a degree in hospitality or business, extensive GM experience in luxury environments, multi-property exposure, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant experience as a General Manager in luxury/upscale hotels.
• Multi-property, cluster or regional management experience required.
• Strong understanding of Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Experience managing P&L and achieving targets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, commercial and financial performance of the hotel portfolio in Spain.
• Drive overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Lead hotel leadership teams and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial targets; identify profitability opportunities.
• Build relationships with ownership groups, investors and stakeholders.
• Support openings, renovations, repositioning projects and expansion initiatives.
