Job summary

Couples Resorts seeks a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a luxury property, overseeing all hotel operations, guest experience, brand standards, and financial performance.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, drive revenue, ensure safety and sustainability, and represent the property at events while fostering engagement and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 7–10 years in luxury all-inclusive hotel management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven financial management and revenue optimization experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans.
• Maximize revenue through pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team; provide regular feedback and evaluations.
• Maintain brand standards through inspections and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; staff training.
