Formación

• Several years of leadership experience within luxury, lifestyle or boutique hospitality.
• Experience with hotel openings, repositionings or operational transformations is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all three hotels while preserving their individual identity.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing management team and foster professionalism, collaboration, accountability and hospitality.
• Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent while empowering colleagues to succeed.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through personalised service and operational excellence across all departments.
• Take full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, cost control, profitability and long-term asset performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and commercial success.
