SLS Barcelona is seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will support daily PBX operations and drive service quality across the hotel, coordinating with departments to elevate the guest experience.

You will monitor feedback, assist with training PBX agents, and prepare monthly quality reports. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a calm, proactive leadership style, and the ability to thrive in a luxury hospitality environment

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality in hotels with a similar role.
• Experience coaching or coordinating luxury operations teams.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily PBX operations and call handling across hotel departments.
• Train and support PBX team in luxury service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and analyze trends.
