SLS Barcelona is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team under the guidance of the Director of Sales. You will coordinate events, prepare BEOs, rate quotes, and drive guest satisfaction for a luxury waterfront hotel in Barcelona.

In this role you’ll manage group blocks, negotiate rates, support the sales team with prospecting, site visits, and presentations, and collaborate with hotel departments to turn bookings into memorable experiences.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury events or sales within hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute events, ensuring exceptional service for guests.
• Manage Banquet Event Orders (BEO), contracts and rate agreements.
• Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system.
• Negotiate guest room rates, space rental, F&B prices within guidelines.
• Prepare quotations follow-ups and proposals.
• Assist with on-site meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver agreed services.
• Follow up with clients during and after events to secure future bookings.
• Support sales team in lead generation and client relationships.
• Coordinate sales appointments, site inspections and presentations.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts and documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate hotel service information.
