SLS Barcelona, a five‑star urban resort on Barcelona’s waterfront, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor intern. You will supervise the housekeeping department under the manager, ensuring standards are upheld and guest satisfaction remains top priority.

You will collaborate with Front Office and Engineering, assist during high-volume periods, and perform essential housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or related field is required.
• Ability to sign an agreement with school for a period of preferably 6 months.
• Demonstrates SLS brand values and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the housekeeping department operations under the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure all service standards and sequences are followed across areas.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering teams daily.
• Address guest issues promptly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and high-volume periods.
• Perform housekeeping duties including bed making, vacuuming, and guest room care.
