Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a meticulous and service‑driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms reflect luxury standards. You will oversee daily operations, supervise room attendants, conduct inspections, and coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to guarantee on-time readiness.

The role requires 1–2 years in housekeeping, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, supervisory/coordinator role preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cleaning and preparation of guest rooms to brand standards.
• Conduct detailed room inspections and follow up on quality issues.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment by attendants.
• Coordinate daily tasks, support team members, and provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Communicate with Engineering, Front Office and other departments to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Maintain records of productivity, occupancy needs, and room status updates.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards in housekeeping procedures.
• Support training, onboarding, and skill development for the team.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and respect within the department.
