SLS Barcelona is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team under the Director of Sales. You will coordinate and execute events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction for all our guests.

Responsibilities include managing Banquet Event Orders, group blocks, rate negotiations, site inspections and proposals. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus a hospitality degree and 2+ years in luxury events, are preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related field.
• +2 years of experience in luxury events or sales within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute events under the Director of Sales to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Manage Banquet Event Orders (BEO), contracts and rate agreements.
• Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system.
• Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, and F&B prices within guidelines.
• Prepare quotations follow-ups, proposals, contracts and other documentation.
• Assist with on-site meetings and coordinate with other departments to deliver services.
