Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace in Spain is seeking a dedicated F&B Server to deliver luxury service in a refined environment. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them through menus, and ensure accurate order taking, beverage preparation, and seamless coordination with restaurant and bar teams.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, hours, daily specials, and resort activities while upholding Six Senses standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality diploma preferred.
• English fluency required; additional languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local government.
• Spanish language ability desirable; work authorization in Spain required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Six Senses standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, hours, specials, and events.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and correct billing; upsell resort experiences.
