Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace in Spain seeks a Reservation Supervisor to lead Reservations hosts, oversee daily operations, and ensure service quality across booking processes.

You will train staff, manage room allocations and rate strategies with a focus on occupancy and guest satisfaction, while maintaining Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is required and experience with PMS/GDS/CRS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operation.
• Strong MS Office skills and hotel systems (PMS, GDS, CRS).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain with applicable visa/work permit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Reservations hosts in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure Reservations hosts' checklist is completed daily and other tasks.
• Assign hosts to respond promptly to incoming correspondence.
• Assist and conduct trainings regarding Reservations.
• Keep control on travel agent allotment.
• Supervise and assist in all allocation of rooms.
• Ensure hosts are familiar with guest rooms, spa, dining, and selling techniques.
• Ensure hosts run daily reports for Reservation and Sales/Marketing.
• Process new reservations, updates, deposits, emails within 24 hours, and related duties.
• Assist in determining room rates based on resort selling tactics.
• Assist the Reservations Manager to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards; meet or exceed benchmarks.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
