Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks a Bar Manager to lead all bar operations, delivering exceptional beverages and guest experiences in line with Six Senses standards. You will manage costs, inventories, and staff, while collaborating with the F&B Manager to maintain brand identity and premium service across outlets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years bar management experience in a luxury hotel or resort; hospitality degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, cocktails, mixology techniques and beverage cost control.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of all bar outlets to deliver exceptional products and services in line with Six Senses standards and budget.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager to set departmental goals and procedures.
• Maintain beverage menus, staff training, and guest interaction quality across outlets.
• Lead and motivate bartenders and bar hosts to deliver luxury service.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and compliance with hygiene and stock control standards.
• Contribute to revenue growth through beverage promotions and seasonal offerings.
