Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking an Experience Supervisor to lead and mentor the Experiences hosts, ensuring top-tier guest interactions across on-site activities and excursions. You will coordinate with the Director of Sustainability on training plans and monitor safety, service standards and resort operations.

Fluent English and Spanish, hospitality background, and knowledge of POS/PMS/CRM systems are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Experiences hosts and supervise, guiding and motivating them.
• Assist in planning and managing with Director of Sustainability the training plan.
• Monitor excursions and activities, ensuring high service standards.
• Provide accurate information about activities, gym and equipment.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency evacuation drills and safety.
• Report health/safety hazards and equipment issues to leadership.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards.
