Grand Hyatt Barcelona seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Commercial team, driving group and meetings business, crafting tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts to position the hotel as a premier destination for luxury events.

With strong relationship skills and a client-facing mindset, you will manage inquiries, lead site inspections, and collaborate with Events, Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles from lead to close.
• Experience in luxury/hospitality sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new group business aligned with strategy.
• Build relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, partners.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to convert leads.
