Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a Front Desk Trainee for an internship in the luxury hospitality sector. You will be a key contact for guests from arrival to departure, gaining hands-on experience in an international, dynamic environment.

The role is ideal for students in Hospitality Management, with advanced English and a willingness to learn, and requires a university internship agreement and eligibility to work in Spain.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management or related field.
• Advanced English; Spanish valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 5- or 6-month internship in Barcelona.
• Eligible for university internship agreement and work authorization in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional arrival experience.
• Assist with check-in and check-out following Hyatt standards.
• Handle internal and external calls professionally.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services and more.
• Learn Front Office procedures and Hyatt brand standards.
• Support guest concerns and proactive follow-up.
• Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with warmth.
