TAG Heuer, based in Madrid, invites a Marketing Manager to define and execute the local brand strategy in Spain, aligned with LVMH global plans. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Brand Directors to drive growth and elevate the luxury experience.

You will lead budget planning, retail marketing, and Factory Outlet initiatives, mentoring the Marketing Coordinator and delivering measurable impact across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan to drive growth.
• Manage the marketing budget with regular forecast updates and optimize spend.
• Oversee Trade Marketing initiatives and retail execution with subcontractors.
• Lead marketing strategy for Factory Outlets including Madrid refurb and Barcelona opening.
• Measure campaign profitability and report results to guide decisions.
• Mentor the Marketing Coordinator and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver on market share, brand positioning, and customer experience goals.
