TAG Heuer, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Marketing Manager in Madrid to lead the local brand plan and ensure alignment with global strategy. You will work from Madrid, driving growth and brand equity with cross-functional teams and a luxury-focused mindset.

The role requires strategic budget management, leadership of a small marketing team, and hands-on execution of the annual plan for Spain, including outlet and retail initiatives. Start date ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development and local execution of the annual Marketing Plan, aligning with Brand Director and Sales Director.
• Drive budget design, allocation, regular reforecasting, and follow-up to maximize sell-out performance.
• Oversee Trade Marketing initiatives and corners plan, managing subcontractors for flawless retail execution.
• Spearhead marketing strategy for Factory Outlets, including Madrid refurbishment and Barcelona opening incentives.
• Measure and report profitability and impact of all campaigns and retail investments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Coordinator for high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver on objectives by driving market share, brand positioning, and customer experience.
