TAG Heuer in Madrid is seeking a Client Advisor to drive boutique sales and build lasting client relationships. You will embody the brand, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment, reporting to the Boutique Manager.

Based in Madrid, you will thrive in a dynamic setting where innovation and excellence meet team spirit and creativity. Start date: As soon as possible; English and Spanish fluency are essential, with additional languages valued.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail procedures and clienteling KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively achieve sales targets and KPIs with effective selling techniques.
• Develop enduring client relationships and deliver memorable in-store experiences.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, participating in events inside and outside the boutique.
• Promote omnichannel initiatives for a seamless client journey.
• Suggest ideas for sales growth, merchandising, and special events.
• Collect qualitative client data to personalize engagement.
• Support daily boutique operations including inventory and cash handling.
