Louis Vuitton in Madrid seeks a seasoned Communications Director to design and execute the Mediterranean strategy, elevating brand desirability in collaboration with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, shaping media relations, and coordinating with global and regional partners to drive awareness and sales across Spain, Portugal, and neighboring markets.

Formación

• 10+ years’ related experience leading PR, communications and media activities for a retail organization.
• Experience working with luxury brands is a plus.
• Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events such as store openings, campaigns or launches.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to manage partners across multiple matrices.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills in Spanish & English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee the Mediterranean communication strategy aligned with global/EMEA direction and regional business.
• Lead and mentor the Mediterranean communication team across projects and initiatives.
• Establish the paid media strategy with global media team focusing on performance.
• Maintain a 360° press strategy to ensure Louis Vuitton presence on social media.
• Collaborate with global talent teams on celebrity and influencer strategies in the region.
• Determine and manage the regional PR budget based on global/EMEA guidance.
• Manage regional agencies across Mediterranean markets; set KPIs by brand awareness and business needs.
• Coordinate with HO cross-functional teams to ensure channel alignment.
• Organize local events, store openings, and regional brand activities.
• Liaise with Mediterranean retail stores to align on seasonal directives and KPIs.
