Responsabilidades

• Monitor boutique results and key indicators to identify opportunities.
• Support execution of brand strategy and commercial priorities within the boutique.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members for growth.
• Lead with a high level of client service, delivering personalised experiences.
• Act as a CHANEL ambassador, upholding brand values on the floor.
• Foster a cohesive team dynamic with collaboration and trust.
